I like the location it was about a 5 minute drive to the lake to dock are boat and the State park to go hang out in the Ramadas and water were even closer then that. We were able to walk to London Bridge and go and hang out at Kokomo Beach Club. There is a Big 5 literally across the street and there is a Starbucks and Chipotle walking distance also. The rooms were clean and cozy. A good size for the 5 of us. Which was my husband and I and are 3 kids 7yrs, 13yrs, and 19yrs old. We booked the King Suite with pull out sofa bed. They had breakfast in the morning which was pancakes, bagels, cereal, muffins, orange juice, and coffee. The staff is super friendly and accommodated us when we needed a parking for are boat. Thank you to the staff! This is where we will be staying every time we visit Lake Havasu!

The rooms were clean and spacious - the beds were comfortable, and the hotel staff was just as nice as could be. The continental breakfast was a refreshing treat every morning. The area was safe and quiet. We walked down to the London Bridge / area and enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere at night to eat and drink and just take in the beauty of all the lights. People were so friendly and fun. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel at night/dark. I have lived in Arizona 60 yrs out of 65 and had never been to Lake Havasu - it is a must see especially at Christmas time the London Bridge is so beautiful and the walks and hikes along the waters are so peaceful.

The room seemed quite clean and well prepared for guests. I always check for bedbugs but found none. My husband enjoyed the TV and it was pretty quiet - we were back from the highway so that helped too. Staff was delightful and have promised to return my deposit this coming week.

Location was perfect for our needs. Room was big enough and clean. Pool was just outside our room and in great condition. Breakfast was good and the eating area was kept clean and food stocked.

the room size was just right for 3 peoplem but only for 3 people. The king bed was comfortable. The staff was great and quite accoomodating.

Breakfast was a little bit underwhelming. I was hoping there would be a piece of bacon the rooms are great very roomy. Great location too. No elevator. And the air conditioner is a wall unit and it did not get as cold as I was hoping it would get. however, it was extremely hot that day. overall I really enjoyed to stay and so did my family. I would definitely come back again. This is my second time visiting this year.

we had a suite and it was fantastic, lounge area separate to bedroom, kitchen/fridge space, perfectly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Great location just 5 minutes from London Bridge and the recommendations for local food were spot on. It was only a flying visit breaking up a long drive but would definitely recommend if you were passing through or staying in the area. Could see it being quite loud area in the summer or spring breaks as a lot of party boats by the lake but we went between and it was lovely and serene

The room was a perfect size for the two of us. The kitchenette is fully stocked for those needing an extended stay location. The hotel is near many stores and restaurants. There is sufficient parking for vehicles and boats. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any needs or questions we had. The continental breakfast had many selections to start the day.

thanks for having some healthy eggs for breakfast. coffee was fairly good. but only two choices for tea. I drove a long way and was ready for a rest. my room was clean and quiet. other guests were respectfully quiet. the folks that made my stay pleasant are treasures. walk to the London Bridge, the nearby island park, and dining areas is close-by.
